We use this to respond to your enquiry and explore whether we are a good fit to work together. Our lawful basis for this is legitimate interest, meaning you have asked us to get in touch.
If you opt in, we also use your email to send occasional insights and updates. Our lawful basis for this is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time, either by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
How long we keep it
We hold enquiry details for 24 months from our last contact with you, then delete them. If you have opted in to updates, we keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own use. Your enquiry is stored securely through Base44, the platform that hosts this website and its data on our behalf.
Your rights
You have the right to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or limit how we use it, and to withdraw marketing consent at any time. Contact us at ceibagold@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.
